Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FIM – 3D Filament Inventory Manager (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of managing 3D printer filament inventory. You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems
- Distribute or make the App available to third parties
User Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we implement iCloud sync functionality, we are not responsible for any data loss.
Accuracy of Information
The App provides tools for estimating filament quantities based on measurements you provide. These calculations are estimates only and may not be 100% accurate. We are not responsible for any issues arising from reliance on these estimates, including but not limited to failed prints or material shortages.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, and code, is owned by C&Co and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The filament supplier information included in the App is for reference purposes only.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple’s iCloud service for data synchronization. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of iCloud services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of calculations and estimates
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or profits
- Failed 3D prints due to filament estimates
- Business interruption
- Any other damages arising from use of the App
Updates and Changes
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also discontinue the App at any time without notice.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App from your devices.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
